Yes. We provide fire alarm system designs and verifications per CAN/ULC-S537 standards. Upon successful testing, a Professional Electrical Engineer issues the stamped "Fire Alarm Certificate" required for occupancy.
It is a document stamped by a Professional Engineer verifying that the fire alarm system meets provincial and municipal codes. It is a mandatory requirement for a tenant to receive a certificate of occupancy.
Energy Audits & Modelling
Lexus Engineering conducts Energy Audits (Energy Assessments) following ASHRAE’s “Procedures for Commercial Building Energy Audits.”
